Simon joined Chambers in 2023 after serving his pupillage with Mr David Boyton, Mr Wong Hay-Yiu, Mr Solomon Lam, Mr Albert Luk and Mr Eddie Sean.
Simon read law at University of Birmingham where he obtained a LLB (Hons). He subsequently completed his LLM and PCLL at the City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Bar, Simon worked as a legislative assistant at Legislative Council.
Simon is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work with a particularly keen interest in criminal law and construction law. Simon is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and he is capable of undertaking written and advocacy work in both English and Chinese.
