About Samuelson

Samuelson entered into full practice in December 2022 after serving pupillage with Mr. Andrew Raffell, Mr. Hylas Chung, Mr. David Boyton and Mr. Lincoln Cheung. Before taking the PCLL programme, Samuelson also gained substantial experience in civil litigation as a seasoned paralegal of a law firm, responsible for handling personal injuries, building management and general civil proceedings.

Samuelson is now developing a mixed practice and accepts all areas of Chamber’s work. Since entering into full practice, he has made frequent appearances in all levels of courts. He is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
